A message dated June 20, 2009, was received stating the Governor                                                                
signed the following bill and is transmitting the engrossed and enrolled                                                        
copies to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:                                                                
                                                                                                                                
      HOUSE BILL NO. 156                                                                                                        
      "An Act relating to municipal fees charged for disposal of waste                                                          
      material from the substantial rehabilitation, renovation,                                                                 
      demolition, removal, or replacement of a structure on deteriorated
